Shop with confidence: You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it through our easy-to-use return portal. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the United States and United Kingdom are delivered domestically with no customs duties or import taxes. For all other countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, payable directly to your country’s customs authority upon delivery. These charges vary by country.

While all our gems are regularly tested, there is an option for an independent IGI certificate on higher-value pieces.
