Sizing Tips & Tricks

1.

When in doubt, size up
If you are in between sizes, go one size up for a more comfortable fit.

2.

Temperature matters
Cold fingers shrink, heat makes them swell. Try to measure when your hands feel most normal.

3.

Best time to measure?
At the end of the day, when they have naturally expanded.

4.

Wide bands feel tighter
Choosing a thicker band? Size up for extra comfort.

Measure My Finger

NO RING? NO PROBLEM!
For this you are measuring the circumference - the distance around your finger.
1.
Wrap it Use a thin strip of paper and wrap it tightly around where you will wear your ring.
2.
Mark it Use a pen to mark the spot where the paper overlaps. The more precise, the better your size result.
3.
Measure it Lay the paper flat and measure the length from the edge to your mark (in mm).
4.
Match it Use our Ring Size Chart below to find your perfect fit (check the column circumference).

Frequently Asked Questions

01. Can I return or exchange the ring if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Just make sure it’s in original condition and within our return window.

  • For orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, we offer direct exchanges and returns through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.
  • For all other countries, exchanges and returns are issued as a gift card after the return is processed, which you can use to place a new order. Please contact customer service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, for exchanges within the U.S., we are happy to cover the shipping for your replacement item(s).

02. What if I’m between two ring sizes?

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you’re stacking rings or choosing a thicker band.

A slightly looser ring is easier to wear long-term and more forgiving throughout the day as your fingers naturally change size.

03. What if I have larger knuckles?

If your finger knuckles are wider than the base of your finger, it’s best to size up slightly so the ring can comfortably slide on. You can also use a bit of lotion or hand cream to help ease the ring over the knuckle without forcing it.

04. I’m buying a ring as a gift - how can I guess the right size?

If you can borrow a ring your giftee already wears on the same finger, use our Ring Size Guide(‘ I have a Ring’ method) to measure it.

If that’s not possible, adjustable rings make a great gift. No sizing stress required!

05. What is a diameter or circumference?

The diameter is the distance across the inside of the ring, from one inner edge to the other, measured in a straight line, always easy to measure if you have a ring at home.

The circumference is the full length around your finger. You can find it by wrapping a strip of paper, string or ribbon around your finger, marking where it overlaps, and measuring the length in millimeters (mm), whenever there is no ring available to measure the internal diameter.
