Our warranty is applicable for all Moon Magic jewelry, including all authentic gemstones and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt Solid Gold and 10kt Solid Gold. Effective from December 1st, 2022.

What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage happening outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy.

Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain/thread), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones and nylon threads caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Moon Magic Jewelry. If you experience faults with your jewelry outside of our normal returns & exchanges policy we mention in aboves' section we’ll review your enquiry as a warranty claim. Please contact us here.

Please note the following return guidelines:

• Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Mystery Boxes: All Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sets & Starter Sets: These must be returned in full. We do not accept partial returns from bundled or grouped products.

We’re offering an extended 60-day return window for orders placed on or after November 10, 2025. Simply initiate your return or exchange through our return portal within 60 days from the day you receive your parcel, and follow the step-by-step instructions. Please find the details in our Return Policy.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. For exchanges within the U.S., however, we’re pleased to cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.

Final sale pieces and Mystery Boxes items are excluded from returns & exchanges.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us.

For returns from other countries, please contact our customer support to initiate your return.

For orders from the U.S. we offer direct exchanges through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.

Orders from the rest of the world can be returned via our Self-Serve Returns Portal.

Direct exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you'd like to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist with processing the return and will issue a gift card. You can use this gift card to place a new order with us. Please check all the details in our Return Policy.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping) within 7 working days. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly advise against ordering multiple pieces with the intention of returning some.

Each piece is made-to-order just for you — a process that minimizes waste and helps us stay true to our climate-positive values. Unnecessary returns go against our sustainability efforts and create extra waste in packaging, production, and shipping.

Yes, always. Every gemstone we use is 100% authentic and regularly tested by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). This means your gems are not only real, but also graded to the highest industry standards for beauty and quality.

The Gemological Institute of America is the world’s foremost authority on diamonds and colored stones. Our gemstones are submitted to the GIA authority to be tested and they are then certified if they are up to the gemstone industry standards.

The GIA uses 4 established principles, famously known as the '4Cs', to test the authenticity of diamonds and gemstones. These principles include 1. Cut 2. Clarity 3. Color 4. Carat Weight

In addition, these tests also determine detectable treatments and whether the gems are natural or synthetic (fake). We only use gems that are given positive, natural grades by the GIA independent tests and, because of this, we are able to guarantee the authenticity of our gemstones.

IGI (International Gemological Institute) is one of the world’s largest independent laboratories for testing and grading the authenticity of Diamonds. All Moon Magic Diamonds from the Pure Diamonds (US only) collection are backed by the IGI standardization and care.

They are known globally for their precise and prestigious study of colored stones, pearls and fine jewelry pieces to ensure that consumers can be confident when purchasing jewelry.

Unique from other fine jewelry certification establishments, IGI is the only organization of its kind and has over 20 operating laboratory locations around the globe. It’s also the world’s only gemological laboratory that holds ISO (International Organization for Standardization) accreditation, a prestigious standard for calibration and testing of natural Diamonds.

• Platinum Plating – Adds extra durability and shine to Sterling Silver pieces for a sleek, high-end finish.

• 18KT Vermeil – Sterling Silver plated with a thick layer of 18KT solid gold. Our vermeil is 2.5 microns thick (50% thicker than the industry standard), making it longer-lasting than regular gold plating.
