Measure My Neckline

For this we are measuring the circumference - the distance around your neckline.
1.
Wrap it Use a thin strip of paper or ribbon and wrap it around your neck where you’d like your necklace to sit.
2.
Mark it Use a pen to mark the spot where the paper or string overlaps.
3.
Measure it Lay it flat and measure the length from the edge to your mark (in mm).
4.
Match it Use our Necklace Size Chart below to find your perfect fit.

Sizing Tips & Tricks

1.

When in doubt, size up
If you’re between lengths, go longer. It’s easier to layer or adjust than to feel restricted.

2.

Necklace style matters
Chunky or beaded styles can feel shorter. Chains with pendants will hang slightly lower.

3.

Layering? Leave space to shine
Leave at least 1” between each necklace to let every piece stand out.

4.

Don’t measure over clothes
Always measure your neck directly - adding fabric can throw off the sizing.

Not too loose
If it fits too loosely, the T-bar can shift and slip out, especially when on the move.

01. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT IF THE SIZE IS WRONG?

Yes! If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Just make sure it’s in original condition and within our return window.

  • For orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, we offer direct exchanges and returns through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.
  • For all other countries, exchanges and returns are issued as a gift card after the return is processed, which you can use to place a new order. Please contact customer service.  

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, for exchanges within the United States, we are happy to cover the shipping for your replacement item(s).

02. What should I know before choosing a T-lock Necklace?

T-Locks are a customer favorite for a reason.  They are easy to use and offer a little design edge. Instead of a traditional clasp, the T-bar slides through the circular opening and rests horizontally to keep the piece in place.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • No extender included: T-Locks come in fixed lengths, so it’s important to choose the size that fits just right.

  • Fit is everything: Too loose, and the T-bar may shift and slip out with movement. Too tight, and it could feel restrictive or difficult to fasten.

  • Aim for balance: Your T-Lock should sit flat and feel secure, with just enough movement to stay comfortable.

  • Sizing tip: Measure your neck or wrist and add 1–2 cm for a fit that feels both safe and effortless.

03. Are necklaces a good gift?

Yes! Necklaces are one of the easiest (and best) gifts to give as most people fit all standard lengths.

04. Will a necklace length look the same on everyone?

Not exactly. Neck and torso lengths vary per person. That’s why we suggest using a string or ribbon to test where a length will fall on you before ordering.

05. Can the necklace length be adjusted with the clasp?

Many of our necklaces come with multiple clasp loops, so you can tweak the fit to suit your neckline or layering look.

T-Lock necklaces, however, are made in fixed lengths, but don’t worry! They usually come in two size options so you can find the one that feels just right.
