When should I order for Christmas delivery?

These are our Christmas cut-off dates. To arrive in time, all orders must be placed before the date for your region.

Missed the date? We can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas - so we recommend a Moon Magic gift card, delivered instantly by email.

Do you offer express delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer express delivery: every piece is made to order, which takes 8-18 business days to craft and deliver.

Can I cancel my order if it won’t arrive in time?

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

If it arrives after Christmas, you can still return eligible items within our extended 100-day window - or keep it for a new-year surprise. Please note: some US orders may include Final Sale items, which are non-returnable.

Will the price or invoice be in the package?

No. We never include the price or an invoice in the package, so you can ship it straight to her - your secret stays safe.
