Yes, I love my ring. But I also loved the customer service experience! Within a few days of receiving my ring, a stone had popped out. I reached out to customer service and received prompt, kind and helpful assistance. I was sent a replacement ring and a few days after my ring arrived, they reached back out to see if all went well. They have my business!
