Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund or exchange. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry. Please note:


  • All pieces from our Final Sale collection are excluded from exchanges or returns.
  • Promotional or sale items are excluded from exchanges.

After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.


We no longer offer direct exchanges for promotional or sale items. However, if you need to return an item, we'll be more than happy to assist you in processing the return, and in return, we'll issue you a voucher. This voucher can be used towards your future purchases.

Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.

If you need to return an item, we will issue you a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to clearly write on the label or the outside of the box. We cannot proceed with your request unless the given RMA number is present and clear on your package and you have provided us with a tracking number via email at

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us. However, if you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out to you. Exchanges are possible only for full priced items.

Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us.

As soon as we get a confirmation from our warehouse, we will get in touch with you via email to confirm we have received your return and finalize the process.

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Moon Magic gift cards are non-refundable. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

2 Year Warranty
Our warranty is applicable for all Moon Magic jewelry, including all authentic gemstones and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt Solid Gold and 10kt Solid Gold. Effective from December 1st, 2022.

Lifetime Warranty

Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.

Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Moon Magic Jewelry.
