Enjoy extended 60-day returns for orders placed after 11 November 2024. Simply email us within 60 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a refund or exchange, and we’ll provide you with step-by-step return instructions.

Exchanges are not available for international orders placed during site-wide promotions.

Customs & Duties

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

While all our gems are regularly tested, there is an option for an independent IGI certificate on higher-value pieces.

Don't forget to include your order number in the email.


Step 2
Once your piece is made, it is sent to IGI (International Gemological Institute) for certification, confirming the authenticity & quality of your new precious gem.

Step 3
Finally, you'll receive your truly remarkable and certified diamond!
