Moon Magic offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all made-to-order engagement diamond jewelry & comes with a specific IGI authenticity certificate.
If you experience damage to your jewelry due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us. We will gladly repair the warranted damage or provide a replacement at no cost to you.

After you've placed your order, send an email to certificates@moonmagic.com within the first hour.
Don't forget to include your order number in the email.
Step 2
Once your piece is made, it is sent to IGI (International Gemological Institute) for certification, confirming the authenticity & quality of your new precious gem.
Step 3 Finally, you'll receive your truly remarkable and certified diamond!
