The warranty is applicable for all Moon Magic jewelry, including all authentic gemstones and quality metals and is effective from December 1st, 2022.

Forever Yours: Lifetime Diamond Warranty
Moon Magic offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all made-to-order engagement diamond jewelry & comes with a specific IGI authenticity certificate.
If you experience damage to your jewelry due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us. We will gladly repair the warranted damage or provide a replacement at no cost to you.

We regularly test our gemstones on authenticity with GIA & IGI, ensuring top-tier quality.
Our real diamonds are submitted to be regularly lab tested based on the famously known 4Cs:- cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.

The table shows how diamonds of similar weights are grouped together under the various carat brackets. For example, a stone that weighs anywhere between 0.95ct and 1.05ct may be sold as a 1ct diamond.

Shop with confidence: You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it through our easy-to-use return portal. Exchanges are not available for international orders placed during site-wide promotions.
Customs & Duties
The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

After you've placed your order, send an email to certificates@moonmagic.com within the first hour.
Don't forget to include your order number in the email.
Step 2
Once your piece is made, it is sent to IGI (International Gemological Institute) for certification, confirming the authenticity & quality of your new precious gem.
Step 3
Finally, you'll receive your truly remarkable and certified diamond!
