You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange your order through our easy-to-use online return portal. Please note: Exchanges are not available on international orders.

Good news! All our product prices are now inclusive of taxes and duties worldwide.

Handmade & Shipping Origin

Each piece is handmade in India and only transits through our logistics hub in Hong Kong due to faster, more reliable worldwide delivery and to help reduce carbon emissions.

While all our gems are regularly tested, there is an option for an independent IGI certificate on higher-value pieces.
